PPC Personal Brand in 2025: Evolve or get left behind
In 2025 your personal brand is no longer a “nice-to-have.” It’s the difference between thriving and getting left behind.
A few weeks ago, I was on a Q&A call with a member inside my PPC community, PPC Profit Mastermind. It was a smaller group than usual, since it was coming up to the holidays. It was super cool to go deeper with the members on the call, and spar on their 2025 goals.
"we miss you" came from one of the members, about half way through the call. I was posting less on linkedin in December, and focusing on other parts of my business.
The conversation turned to linkedin content and personal branding. We got into one members 2025 goals (with a sigh): "yeah I really need to do some linkedin stuff but i'm just so busy and don't know where to start".
So we went down the how to stay consistent on linkedin while building your personal brand rabbit hole.
These days, staying consistent on linkedin is harder than ever before. There are so many algorithm updates, shiny new features you 'have' to try and AI generated content to contend with.
So, today I'm going to share with you three key strategies that my PPC buddy and I agreed on, and why I think they are key to your success in the new year.
Note: I’m releasing my new course, Content to Clients, on January 7th 2025.
In this course, I share proven templates, tactics and frameworks that helped me rank top 100 PPC, attract high paying dream clients and build a powerful personal brand all from Linkedin.
This has been in the works for over a year, and it’s my most in depth course yet with 16+ lessons, 5 bonuses and proven resources and toolkits — all to help you go from posting without a purpose to turning content to clients.
I’m super excited to share it with you, and for the launch next week I will be giving away a bunch of cool prizes to the first 20 action takers, so stay tuned!

The Big Problem with PPC specialists current linkedin strategies
When I look at how google ads specialists use linkedin to build their personal brand, get leads, sign clients, I see common things holding them back:
1. People Buy from People
People buy from people they like -- and people they can relate to.
Too many specialists treat LinkedIn like a resume. Your audience doesn’t want to hire a faceless technician; they want to hire someone they feel they know and trust.
Posting content that’s overly technical or resource-heavy is great… if your goal is to impress other PPC specialists. But if you want to attract clients, you need to focus on being relatable.
Here’s how:
• Share client reviews. It’s simple, effective, and evergreen. A great testimonial isn’t just proof of your expertise; it’s a story your audience can see themselves in.
• Talk about the person behind the skills. Your values, your wins, your challenges—these are the things that turn a connection into a conversation.
2. Stop Chasing Vanity Metrics
Comments like, “Drop a 🧠 below, and I’ll send you my free resource,” might boost engagement numbers, but are you actually building trust with potential clients?
Your ideal audience isn’t looking for hacks or giveaways. They’re looking for a solution to their problems. Focus on creating content that speaks directly to them:
• What questions are your clients asking before they book a call with you?
• What doubts are they wrestling with?
• What wins are they looking for in their business?
Answer those questions, and you’ll have the right people sliding into your DMs.
3. Stop Trying to Do Everything
Here’s the biggest problem I see: burnout. Specialists try to post 3x a day, churn out video content, and run a newsletter—all while managing their actual work. It’s unsustainable.
A great content strategy isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon. It’s not about posting 100 times in two months and vanishing. It’s about showing up consistently over the long haul.
Here’s my advice:
• Pick one or two types of content you enjoy creating and stick to them.
• Create a schedule you can realistically maintain, even on your busiest days.
• Focus on progress, not perfection.
You don’t need to do it all; you just need to do enough. And “enough” is something you’ll stick with week after week.
The Bottom Line
Your personal brand is no longer a “nice-to-have.” It’s the difference between thriving and getting left behind.
So stop overcomplicating it. Focus on being relatable, speaking to your audience, and showing up consistently. Build trust, and the leads will follow.
As promised, profit in under a minute.
