Oh, one more thing I wrote yesterday. This is something I WISH WISH WISH someone shared when I was starting out from $0….

My salary over the last 7 years:

At 19 → £3/hour apprenticeship

At 20 → £10-15/hour freelance

At 21 → £15-25/hour freelance

At 22 → £30-£50/hour freelance

At 23 → £34k/year employee

At 24 → £300-400/day contractor

At 25 → £400-500/day contractor

At 26 → £200/hour consulting

99% of people don’t share their salary.

It’s painful information to find.

And when you do it’s always ‘110k/month’ but nothing about how they got there….

Hopefully the above breakdown helps you follow the money.

Hint: It’s all about positioning.
