My Actual Ask Me Anything
What’s up PPC experts, here’s my actual ask me anything:
(questions I get daily, in my DM’s + questions from you guys replying to the last email)
How do I make money FROM LinkedIn?
(This is the most common question I get asked)
Power Hours
Inbound leads / Signing up clients for PPC management
Agencies hiring me for projects
Digital products
I’ve gone from 0 to 12,000+ in <1 year and it’s changed my life.
I get leads daily in my inbox.
My results could have been better though…
if I was starting out again, here’s what I’d suggest:
Keep your profile pic the same for atleast 12 months (I changed it a bunch and people got confused, you want your audience to get to know you and your face)
Copy the best creators in your field and 1 other field, use their best hook and post structures and make it your own (I spent too long trying to make my posts from scratch)
Put a power hour (60 minute paid call) on your profile and position it solving the question you get asked the most or pain problem you solve for your client, you can easily set this up in Calendy (you have to pay for pro, around £10/month)
Set up all payment processors in advance (gumroad, stripe, paypal, wise) so you are ready to go, some of them take days/weeks to verify and get going.
Pay a graphic designer to design your banner and featured, it looks 100x better and will save you time/money and convert more clients (I can share mine if you reply to this email) (this isn’t important at the start, but the sooner you do it the better).
How do I manage so many accounts while creating content?
Every client has a monthly roadmap, and I work to that.
Some parts are less time sensitive than others, so you can move those around in the month, but 99% of the time you are waiting on content/approval/direction from the client to action changes.
Don’t be reactive and make daily changes, it always end badly.
Plan ahead.
This isn’t complicated to roadmap ahead, for me it’s simply a bullet point list per month in apple notes for each client.
I batch content ahead, usually on sundays.
Write around 1-2 weeks of content in 2-3 hours sitting with a coffee (or a few). It WILL take you longer at the start, no doubt.
Things get easier once you have written 100+ posts and have a good content bank.
Then you can repurpose content which makes things way easier.
How have you overcome things when the client is nervous to invest in PPC?
You can spend time educating the client on the potential outcomes, but it’s tricky to predict results.
The biggest factor here is if PPC actually makes sense for the clients business.
You will know this with experience.
And even then, you will only have a good chance it will work, it’s always a matter of testing different keywords/angles/copy/budgets.
Often this is a lead problem, where the lead coming through is not qualified enough or isn’t sold enough through your content.
Improve your content, target it more on the specific pain points you see time and time again with ideal clients and you will get better leads.
How can I start growing my network today and join the 1%?
It’s hard to start creating content. It’s harder to not have any leads.
Surround yourself with winners, there’s no such thing as a free lunch - but you might get a costco sample from someone.
Don’t waste hours of their time but it’s always worth a shot to DM a bigger creator with a quick tip or question.
My advice: Keep it brief. I struggle with reply when it’s a wall of text in my DM. Maybe just show some love and send them a nice message, can’t hurt 🙂
Woooo, that’s all for now folks 🙂
I focused on going deep on the main questions I get asked, but please reply with any burnings questions 🙂
Next monday, I tell you to take more showers…
Until then, I wish you the lowest CPC’s and the highest ROAS.
Peace, Tomasz Abbott-Wieczorek
